Objective

1. To allow OASIS farmers to improve the quality of their rice seeds.
2. To guarantee that OASIS farmers receive fully pure seeds that match
   the specified breed, each batch should contain no more than 5 seeds
   of other rice varieties per 500 grams.
3. To ensure OASIS farmers have high-quality seeds for the upcoming season
