Santa Prasat (Chang Pi castle) The 1st day of the 6th waxing moon

The Santa-Prasat ceremony on the 1st day of the 6th waxing moon, the villagers of Ban Chang Pi and the surrounding area consider this an important auspicious day for the offering ceremony to inform the Prasat ancestors that the descendants are about to start farming. Making wishes for rainfall, abundant water, no flooding, no drought, get abundant yields and let the children live safe and happily without any sickness. 
Chang Pi Castle, is an Arokayasarn or religious place of the infirmary built by King Jayavarman VII of the Khmer Empire. He ordered it to be built from the Ta Prohm Temple stone inscription in Cambodia. He ordered the construction of 102 Arokayassarn/hospitals throughout the entire kingdom according to the beliefs of Mahayana Buddhism, the Bhaiṣajyaguru, where people can worship in order to be cured of illness.
