- Update on the rice production situation in each area,
- Follow up and report on the progress of the “Area Group Development Plan Project 2023, Phase 2”,
- Scholarship recipients selecting of 2023,
- Clarify the schedule and establish joint roles and responsibilities of the activity “OASIS route to sustainability”,
- Report on the results of past activities (rice seed quality development project in 2023, laser land leveling, new farmers training, rice varieties quality check for farmers in 2023,
- Organic fertilizer distribution project in 2023),
- Updating the member database (area groups, production area, productivity forecast for 2023 / 2024
- Operations plan for July – August 2023,
- Publicize internal marketing activities and organize a contest for clips that will be communicated through the organization Tiktok platform.
