The Organic Agricultural Innovation Community Enterprise Network of Surin Province (OASIS) was established in 2018. It is a collective organization formed by community enterprises of small-scale farmers in Surin Province. OASIS focuses on producing organic agricultural products, including organic rice and organic crops. The organization operates under organic and fair trade systems.
OASIS’s main products include organic rice (Jasmine Rice 105, Black Aromatic Rice, and Red Jasmine Rice) and organic crops (mung beans, shallots, lemongrass, and dried butterfly pea flowers). Around 80% of the products are exported to consumers in Switzerland, the United States, France, Italy, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Our organic certifications comply with international standards, including ACT (IFOAM), EU Organic, Bio Suisse, Naturland, NOP, and USDA, as well as Fairtrade certification.
At OASIS, our mission is to build a stable economic foundation for farmers, enhance production efficiency, and strengthen the organization. Our core strategies include creating learning processes and collaborative development among farmers, producing safe and healthy food, developing sustainable organic marketing channels, improving quality of life, and fostering a positive relationship with society and the environment.
