- To enable member farmers to access inputs that meet organic agriculture standard requirements
- To improve production efficiency in rice fields
- To provide farmers with access to high-quality organic fertilizers at a lower cost than market prices
- To support farmers with limited inputs in accessing sources of organic fertilizer
